I've begun to make more mail art. Since the beginning of the year, I've sent off twice as many pieces as I did during the whole of 2009 and that prompted me to start a new page on this site (with links).

About me
I was born in Oakland, California, in 1949, and grew up in the nearby towns of Richmond and Concord.
In 1978, I married Andrew Alden (a freelance technical editor and the Geology Guide at about.com).
Eleven years later, we moved back to Oakland, where we share an upstairs flat in a duplex with our cat, Joey.
I work as a web designer and HTML scripter at the University of California, Berkeley.
